The Polish Day Parade 2025, Warren, Michigan – This year’s theme honors Queen Bona Sforza and Polish-Italian Friendship.
Grand Marshal was an American politician of Italian origin serving as the prosecutor of Macomb County, Michigan, since 2021. A member of the Republican Party, Lucido previously served in the Michigan Senate from 2019 to 2020 (as the Senate Majority Whip), and in the Michigan House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019.
This event is sponsored by the Polish American Congress—Michigan Division, whose president is Jolanta Hałaczkiewicz. Judge John M. Chmura chairs the parade committee.
This year, fewer participants took part in the Parade compared to 2024.
The most numerously represented: Adam Mickiewicz Polish Language School in Sterling Heights and White Eagle Sports Club. The Parade featured the participation of the Cousino Patriot High School Marching Band and other American organizations.
